After Being Requested to Take a 30% Pay Cut, EPL Players Are Encouraging 30% Donations to NHSCT

English Premier League players Union rejected a proposal for 30% pay cuts citing “this would be detrimental to our NHS (National Health Service) and other government-funded services,” the Professional Footballers’ Associated said in a statement.

Instead, many players are supporting the #PlayersTogether initiative encouraging players to donate 30% of their monthly salary to the NHS Charities Trust (NHSCT).
