The Los Angeles Lakers signed J.R. Smith to a $300k, 1-year deal per reports released on Wednesday.
The NBA will restart the 2019-2020 season with 22 teams in Orlando, Florida starting on July 31. The playoffs will include 16-teams and the Finals will complete in October.
